for me it's not so much about race or gender, there's just an inherent disrespect with how this movie has been made. for instance, the humour in this is mostly childish shit, typical american comedy. the original ghostbusters is one of the very few american comedy movies that actually made me laugh because of the wit.

there's also the way that everyone with legitimate concerns about the movie have been treated- they've all been lumped in with the racists and sexists. the whole reboot has been handled badly, and as a result, i left the theatre very early, went home, and played the videogame from 2009 (which has better writing than ghostbusters 2, by the way- rest in peace harold ramis).

the ghostbusters reboot is a pandering, poorly written mess, and poor old harold ramis is spinning in his grave so fast, if you attatched him to a generator you could power a city block. that isn't because of an all-female cast (honestly, that's an interesting idea if it's done well), it's because the whole thing has been handled as ham-fistedly as possible.

Majority of scify fans are Male.
Making a movie that only aims to please a minority of the Overall fanbase will get bad reviews because people who are interested in the genre will watch it and only a minority of those will like it.

I'm seeing this movie and actually pretty excited for it I watched the first ghostbusters last night for the first time and loved it and the reviews say the blonde hair girls character is amazing along with Chris hemsworth

We would have been fine with an all female cast. The problem is that we weren't given what we were promised. The original crew was supposed to pass the torch down, like how the new Star Wars passed the torch down from Luke to Rey.
Instead of having a new, original Ghostbusters, we essentially have a remake with a female cast.

The hate is that is fails cinematiclly as a movie, and is the most obvious cash-grab attempt Hollywood has made in a while.

What I mean by "fails cinematically" is that it fails to convey a story that is interesting and it also fails to even be truly entertaining while doing it. This movie feels like a spoof-movie (i.e. Scary Movie, Not Another Teen Movie, etc) but its only spoofing a total of two movies instead of a whole genre, so even the gag/joke value those movies (questionably) had really isn't there, because the jokes: a) rely entirely on having seen the previous movies to make them function well b)are weak and feel tired and/or pushed by the end of the movie.

Going farther on my point, it's why the cast women are all completely different from each other. Go back and look at the old movie posters, and the 3 white guys (and even Ernie Hudson a little) all look the same: like a group of nerds who suddenly found themselves in over their heads. Fast forward to OP's pic, and this looks like 4 women trying to be edgy, but if they weren't in the same uniform, you'd never assume they all hang out together just based on appearance.
