Go find a moderately reputable name brand like cuisine art and just get some.
Make sure at least one skillet is oven safe
Also if you have a glass top stove instead of a gas or coil one don't bother with the cast iron skillet it will literally just break your stove.

I was left with one 24cm pan, it's pitted and the surface is scratched to shit. We used it when camping and it's a little warped.

Scratching a metal pan doesn't really do anything, though don't scratch at non-stick ones it erodes at the coating. It's not about if the pan scratches easily, it's about if you're using a fork to violently stir the stuff around in it scraping the metal against the surface. It's why most insturments are wood or plastic

Yeap that's what i told my ex as well, he dosen't listen and used a fork to scramble eggs in a pot. That morning i wonder why there was so much pepper on it, turns out it was the non-stick coating on my eggs.
I bought plastic, wood and rubber, spoons, ladels, egg flips, etc so he owuldn't do it again. He never used them at all, claiming he didn't 'like' them. fucking POS.
