That's way overpriced for that shit mate. I just built a PC much better than that for about $700. I was lucky though and came at the right time for the sales on Newegg. Mine is AMD based though, not Nvidia if that's what you prefer. But at the time it was cheaper so I settled for AMD cause I don't really care.

Anyways, your CPU is way more ahead than your GPU, no point getting something that much if your other hardware is shit imo.
No point in getting two GTX 970s considering they're not that great and you could spend the extra money and just get a 1070 or something. I'd keep the RAM the same, but if anything just double it. 32GB isn't really necessary. im done cause im lazy, good luck and rest in peace $$$

Are that motherboard and processor compatible? Always a good thing to doublecheck. And always look whether your case is large enough for gpu and cpu-cooler, the parts themself all seem pretty good.
