Fly into San Diego. Get an Uber to the San Ysidro (US side) and Tijuana border crossing. You can save some bones by going to a trolley stop and getting the Blue Line down to San Ysidro. The trolley stop is right where you want to be. Follow the crowd over the border crossing.

You get over the border, and you find a taxi. I walk up the hill, instead of going over the bridge, because I find the taxis line is less busy. Anyhow, it's five bucks. Ask to go to Hong Kong. Every taxi driver knows it, and it's always 5 dollars. You're going to an area called Zona Norte. I suggest staying in Cascades Hotel. It is attached to Hong Kong, which is the newest and best club, and it's right in the area you want to be. Get into a conversation with some white guy about prices at the bars. Someone will hand-hold you with that.

Taxis are easy to get outside of Hong Kong and Adelita. Tijuana is safer now than it's ever been, and even so, nobody really fucks with you if you aren't a belligerent, dirty, sloppy drunk. Maybe spend one of the days going to watch some Greyhound racing at Caliente's downtown.

If you want to do more, you can move down Baja, which is safe and beautiful. Each city generally has fantastic fishing, and at least a few bars to pick girls up.

Each country has a bit of a different feel. If you have a bunch of money, I like Hong Kong. 30 floors of cooz, the Filipina maid parade on Sundays--but the working girls often aren't into white guys.

The two meccas in the region are Pattaya, Thailand and Angeles City, Philippines. If you're staying a long time, I'd get a long term rental. They are not difficult to find. But the sex-tourism in those cities is massive and the best in both countries. Bangkok is nice, also. Stay near Sukhumvit, soi 4 is where Nana Plaza is, which is the best area in the city for cooz. There are other decent places for sex--most Thai cities has a decent, but much smaller scene. Sihanoukville and Phnom Penh Cambodia have decent scenes. PP's is bigger. Vientiane, Laos has a wild west scene, but there's no English speaking. HCMC Vietnam is decent, but I wouldn't recommend it.

Anyhow, Patts or AC. Do a little research, maybe visit both, then decide.

Costa Rica's fine. If you're into Latin countries I prefer Colombia. If you're able to get into Venezuela, as in you're not an American, now is the time to visit as well where everything is inexpensive.

Personally, if I were you, I would hit an around-the-world cruise. You can get a decent berth for 30k. They're really amazing. I'd take an Antarctic Cruise, they're about 13k, and that was the single most amazing experience of my life. By that time, you'll have figured out what you like, and there's always girls to be picked up. It's a mall culture. The chase of regular girls is a fucking riot, and that can be done just about anywhere, and there's bars everywhere.

Anyhow, the whole fucking world is wide open to you, and it's all amazing. Things can get lonely, but there's almost always people to meet, to travel with, and you can always come home to rejuvinate.
