My workforce is half black. Skill trades. We all get along great. I dont know if its because we live in Canada, but casual racism and slavery jokes are mostly acceptable. My experiences have been almost entirely positive. 2 black kids in my high school (private hs + really white area), one of whom was the most chill mother fucker around. When we got timed for a mile run in PE he just walked it. The other one was an asshole with no social tact who got sent home from a school trip to Mexico for trying to buy an underage prostitute.

The rest of the ones I've interacted with were either homeless, who are really not bad people just ones who don't want that much out of life, or professional athletes, who can occasionally be assholes but usually have spent long enough in the public eye to become refined men.

Black women are fat and loud. This is my personal experience.
