Consider also the fact that the Bible says God has already said: Do not judge another man's faith because every man is operating on the measure of faith he's been GIVEN.
God's plan was never that EVERYONE would come to Him in the same way (that would be rote religion). That's why people who don't know Jesus but who instinctively know better than to treat people in ways they wouldn't want to be treated will see God in the end anyway.
