Here are my views on Hentai
First off, I only read the highest quality stuff, of course. Then, I search around, reading manga & doujinshi, until I find one that's just extra kinky. I like to imagine the feelings the other person, be they loli, small breasted, or futa (My most often visited categories), and really experience the scenario from their perspective. What are they feeling? How good must that feel? I, being a male, even try to imagine what it would be like to be penetrated by the penis.
I can also be attracted to video pornography, but I usually stray away from it in favor of hentai, as hentai allows me to express and experience a larger amount of fetishes and experiences, whereas video pornography only interests me when I'm in a more animalistic mood (I view video pornography as excessively animalistic in nature, and often think of it as though the two involved are no more better than baser animals).
