I think the only countering you can do in hearthstone is reactive. You can't directly stop people from playing cards, and you can't stop things being played that aren't on your turn unless you're using secrets.

resurecting minions isn't a big thing in hearthstone, it's mostly at random. As in a random minion that died this game. Sometimes it's more specific like a random murloc or whatever but it's usually at random.
The graveyard works strangely. If a minion dies, is resurrected and then dies again. Then there are two of that minion in the graveyard.

There aren't enough cards that do it. Off the top of my head I can name Kel Thuzad, Resurrect for priest only, Anyfin can Happen for paladin only. There are more that I can't remember.
Also one very important thing to understand about hearthstone is that there is nothing you can react to on your opponents turn. The one single exception is secrets and you have to play those on your own turn. If your opponent decides to hit your hero with two fireballs and you have nothing up from the previous turn to stop it there's nothing you can do.
