My tips for acid are just let go completely and go with the flow. Listen to what your heart desires. This is just me but when I set up a bunch of things to do I always felt like I could be doing better and it caused my mind to spiral into relentless never ending loops leading to terrible trips. I just tend to lay in my bed with auto play on dissipating enjoying the CEV's
