That really sucks anon. But the first step to solving the problem is admitting it, so there's a chance.
If you haven't tried it before (I'm guessing you probably have) try a detox/ rehab program. It may cost money, but it can also save your life if you get through it and stick with it.
Having never done drugs I know I have an addictive personality so I would never try something like that. Best of luck.
