The bad thing is that I watched that in like 2010 and now I have a 3 year old golden. Looks just like that fukn dog. FML. Why is is that pets can get a more emotional response than humans? Do you think it is because you raised them like your own family? Or is it that they can not talk and it is a deeper understanding of feels? My golden is laying here beside me now and I can not imagine not having him here. I dread the day. I find myself often thinking of when he will pass and what it will be like. I am terrified of that day. Like I think I will completely break down as a human and deconstruct emotionally. I did read a little saying once about dogs lives. It was something like why do dogs not live as long as humans and the response is that people need their whole lives to learn how to love others and dogs know how to do it when they are born so they do not need as much time here on Earth. Gives me hope and hits me in the feels everytime. If you have a pet, hug the fuk out of it and let it know they are yours.
