The original writings do not exist, the oldest writings are dated years after Jesus died (Therefore are not contemporary) and are mostly scraps, like 1 or 2 sentences, more complete texts are dated centuries after Jesus' death and therefore are like a game of Chinese whispers.

On top of that when we look at the older texts we can clearly see many have been altered, and when we compare two texts describing the same events we can clearly see the newer ones have had details added (Therefore made up)
