It would depend on the context and whether or not you were socializing with or about Galko.
People will tend to stick to their waifu and their waifu alone when posting, unless they were "shipping it" or referring to another waifu in conversation, even then the image will usually contain both of them (froggy and Galko) opposed to just being a picture of Galko (which would usually infer it is Galko herself).
