That, Glock 380 (low capacity magazines is the downside, but the plus is that it's an inch wide and fits easily in your waistband or pocket) or Springfield Armory 9mm subcompact. All have internal and trigger safety features so you don't have to fumble around with the external thumb safety. Springfields also have a safety on the grip where you have to be squeezing the grip with the intent to fire for it to actually discharge. Very safe firearms. Highly reliable.
