I'm not even that tall, I play basketball and I'm in the middle height wise on my team. And I'm pretty slim and exercise and do yoga regularly, so I don't have any pain really. My dad is the same height as me and he's 53 and still plays basketball three times a week, so I don't think I'm in for any height related problems, at leas genetics wise
