This is what I'm interesting in as well. I've seen people go to hell and back to rationalize it.
Trying to give the fluffies and their babies racism by saying they anything poop colored.
Making them overly demanding and narcissistic (smarties).
Making them destructive to Everything around them. They invade your lawn / gardens / etc.
Ii've seen the other side too people go out of their way claiming they are animals and defend them.
As fuck up as this sounds. Its just another power struggle. You own a pet because mentally you want power over something lesser than you. less intelligent, less smart, etc.
I'm beginning to see fluffies the same way. Except they talk so its kind of similar to just hurting someone but its still seen as power over something less.
Speaking of abuse. The kind of talk and behavior I have seen in the stories really strikes me as odd or just scary. The abuse / mentally fucking with the fluffies is very similar to how one would speak in an abusive relationship. "Why don't you appreciate all I do for you?" or "Look at what you made me do. Its clearly your fault."
