Well admittedly the idea of legally condoned, widespread, and socially accepted torture and murder of sentient creatures with the minds and personalities of small children is kind of fucked up. I'll be honest, if they were real, id setup a safe room and let them play all the time. I work to much, and don't get off shift till around 9pm and it leaves me too tired to go out, it would be nice to have a talking teddy bear creature around once or twice a week. ( i have owned ferrets, so I can't imagine these things being harder to care for, just they can actually talk.)
I can actually relate to that one, where the guy lets his fluffy have babies and one wanders out and gets killed in a mouse trap then he has to clean up its blood and shit that flew every where when it died, and he gets pissed off, because he gave his fluffy something it so badly wanted, and it still fucked it up, making it more of a problem for him.

I actually knew a kid like this when I was 8 years old, kid was locked up, after it was found he was raping his sister and family dog.
