I've been smoking for 7 years, used to smoke a 30 pack and a half a day before switching to rollies halfway through last year. Everyone I know who smokes rollies says that they noticed they were smoking less since making the switch, but for some reason I smoke more.

I also smoke way more when I'm stressed and I've been stressed a lot recently so I know that's also a factor.
