On a physical level, you can call someone an 8 or a 9 and mean it. Beauty is subjective, so not everyone will agree, but there are some base features that everyone can agree on for the most part.
That's fine and dandy up to a point, but what about 10s? You might call someone a 10 based on a picture, but that's not because they're the most beautiful person in the world. It's because they remind you of the most beautiful person in the world.
Your 10/10 is who you love. It might be someone you know, it might be unrequited, it might even just be from a dream you once had, but something about them reminds you of that person when you see a 10/10 picture.
10/10 comes from the heart, not the dick.

On a purely physical level, I like blemishes and imperfections from time to time. Birth marks, random zit, whatever. I know it sounds strange, but whenever I see makeup covered model types, it creates a bias where I can't feel like they're genuine.
I get to know women a lot better if there's something right off the bat that isn't "perfect," even if it's just hair out of place or something.
