What's the experience here with independent wrestling? Do you guys support your local scene?

I thought it was alright for $5
My local promotions aren't worth going too so sadly not.
I went to see my local minor league promotion once. I saw Nicole Mathews, Veda Scott and a skinny RVD knockoff
My next question would be if anyone here has had experience at a professional wrestling school and what their opinions are?
My friend is a tag team champion in his promotion. Even defended against the Steiner Brothers.
