He was doing the pop-up power bomb way before KO fatted it all up. And I don't think he and Rick get enough credit as far as their gimmick goes. They had that basic Lennie and George of Mice and Men dynamic like Jesse and Festus, but Rick didn't go full retard with it.
On top of that Scott is a top five toughest guys ever in the industry. The only people I'd put over him in that regard are Haku and Lesnar, and even then I'd say Bork is a maybe.
