Poseidon made a bunch of Seburo kits from a couple of Shirow's main works like Appleseed and GITS, but that was YEARS ago and they're next to impossible to find now.
Marushin also makes (or made; not too sure on the current production status on them and I can't get a straight answer from any place that sold them) a Mateba 2006M. They're a little hard to find, but easier than the Poseidon kits.

I'll never understand why nobody has made an airgun out of the G11, it's essentially a large box, leaving you open for all the tolerances and dimensions you need for functionality (a high-speed motor), as well as a large battery pack.
Magazines would be easy, one long single column, and you can just keep two spares next to it on the gun.

You'd figure someone would have made some AEGs in small numbers for collectors, larpers and cosplayers would eat that shit up.
>>
>>1284313
R&D would be too high for overhead and labor, unless they mark up the items super high, they'd lose more than they'd make, I believe someone else has also made the same case as you and someone else before me also said something similar

It's definitely because of its obscurity/novelty and the fact that its looks fat and weird to handle compared to regular guns. I'd say that if reunification were stalled enough to allow general issue of the guns throughout the Bundeswehr, TM might have pumped out a crappy prototype or something.
>>
>>1285630
No, normally people do not go out in full camo attire unless they're military service members. People wear camouflaged patterned clothes though, and its not an American thing. How sheltered are you?
>>

>People wear camouflaged patterned clothes though
No, no they don't. Not in non-American countries anyways and much less wearing a entire BDU as if it was completely normal to do so.
No one said anything negative about your country. USA has a military culture that other countries lack so it's normal that someone not familiar with it might ask if it is an "American thing" because it is indeed an American thing. Chill.

SHS is a chinese brand so the QC obviously isn't perfect. You might get good parts that last long or bad parts that break very shortly. I personnaly haven't had any issues with SHS parts if we exclude the infamous old Gen2 gear sets. Gen 1, 3 and 4 have gears have worked flawlessly in the guns I've worked with. Of course a bad tech can break any part no matter how high quality.

If you aint a sad sack of poor shit VFC has top level externals and trademarks, some are better than G&P, CA no shit, if you buy a TM era CA (before 08) they aint rated for over 350 fps, now for an echo1 money the CA will offer more features and just requires a bit of tuning, and TM, like are you guys fucking braindead? Why are you so asshurt? When I go on that cost $150 in some cases like a cm028, last longer than a VFC, there's an issue.

I never said anything about G&p. In fact, I'm actually very fond of G&P guns. Like the TM ak that takes proprietary mags? You're the type 89 that is fuck hard to find parts for? There Is a reason why you don't see those guns being used. Price doesn't always equal quality in airsoft.

2x2 Mag pouch, Hydration carrier and bladder, sling attachment(mine broke this weekend) and a 2-point sling because I'm fed up with 1-point, dumbbell dummy grenade, suppressor to hide the longer barrel I'm installing soon, chink red dot, PEQ, 2 more midcaps and a Baofeng.
Still considering what BDU to buy since I need it for some milsim-type events near me and trying to find someone that would lend me a scope to see if I use it enough to justify buying one.

Flecktarn is easy to find in surplus stores in the US. I can buy a full set of BDUs for like 30 bucks.
Too bad the most Gucci patterns like auscam, cadpat, and any ruskie patterns are impossible to find.
>>
>>1286437
If I finally buy one I'll most probably use a flip-to-side mount and use the scope to help me spot people and confirm hits.
I don't need anything too fancy either, some chink 4x or 6x scope will probably do the trick.

If anyone reading this can recommend one or give a link I'll be thankful.
>>
>>1286456
We have this thing called the internet nowadays. It lets you buy virtually anything.
>>
>>1286287
I'll buy a real gun when someone starts organizing events around shooting other people with non-lethal rounds. Until then I'll stick with airsoft. HPA as a platform is superior to AEG in many ways but if you think that the hose is a big problem, it's your loss then. For a competent tech they proably aren't anything too special, but for the Mediocre Mike it's a godsend.

People spend lot more money on even more retarded things than toy guns. Think about people who deliberately get themselves addicted to poison or audiofiles who spend thousands of dollars into cables and other snakeoil shit.

>>
>>1286560
how so?
>>
>>1286586
Not that guy but I'm pretty sure HPA systems can change their fps at will
>>
>>1286586
Due to the amount of air used to propel the bb out of the barrel.
Heavier things accelerate slower, thus the heavier bb will take more time accelerating in the barrel and using the excess air to gain more acceleration before flying out. Same applies if you use a longer barrel.
Basically with HPA systems you can pass the chrono at [email protected] then you can load heavier pellet for a increase in FPS.
>>
>>1286614
However, on a properly run site that actually checks the joules, and makes you use a lock to stop you fucking with your FPS, none of this is an issue.

>>
>>1286607
There's nothing stopping you from cheating with AEGs as well. With HPA guns it's just tad bit easier. Some fields seal the regulators or force tournament locks.
If a ref happens to make a surprise check, you'd still have to take your PC/backpack off and adjust the regulator which isn't really something an average joe can do without being noticed.

>>1286625
>>1286614
You can abuse joule creep with AEGs as well. Only incompetent refs chrono guns with 0,2g bbs.

Your FPS won't increase though. It's the energy that increases. You Clapistanians should learn to use joules in your everyday language and maybe some day you might have competent refs on your fields.
>>
>>1286637

>>1286663
Too much hassle (and probably expensive too) just for the sake of gaining a measly 1.5J and a big possibility of your replica blowing up in your face mid-game.
And I don't think all AEGs can run that setup anyways.

I don't even know why you quoted me to begin with but hey.
>>
>>1286716
It's still lot cheaper than PolarStar and definitely not a very big hassle for a decent tech. Pistons are cheap and very simple to swap. Sure you probably don't want to shoot 40RPS with that setup which is a pro for HPAs.
I wouldn't call 100% increase a measly one either. 1,6J is very common field limit but 3,2J is the same as 590FPS with 0,2g bb. It's pretty rare for fields to allow even BASRs to shoot that hot.

>people still dont get V3 gearboxes by design are better and tougher than v2.

Definitely, but it's still rather expensive just for the gimmick of creeping.
What I'm trying to say is that even if HPA is relatively expensive, you are paying for all the benefits of it and that includes effortless and 'inexpensive' creeping among many other things.
>I wouldn't call 100% increase a measly one either.
Yeah, shouldn't have said measly. 1.5J gain is definitely good. It's just that with HPA people are reporting gains of 0.6J just by going from .20 to .28
