He's pissed because WWE is "low-balling" him on money, when in reality they just over-pushed him when he first debuted as Ryback.
Remember, he was beating multiple jobbers on PPVs (back before the network) for a while, they took that build up and had him face Punk for the title, as a replacement. But they also protected him by having him get screwed by ref Maddox & even the Shield.
Then he was one of the first ones to feud with the newly-debuted Shield. And don't forget, he was the last one eliminated at the following Rumble when Cena did come back, to face the Rock twice in a lifetime for the WWE title.
Of course, they then pulled back on his push and so on. But I guess Ryback thinks he deserves to go back to the top of the card, like when they first pushed him but WWE doesn't see him as a main eventer.
I mean, look at Sheamus. He started as a monster, then was almost a jobber before going back to being a monster. And that cycle of ups & downs on the card has repeated over his career.
They see the same or no better from Ryback so they aren't planning on paying him top superstar money like he wants.
