Never had cats before , I assume they'd spray to mark territory at the time that they are maturing,I know neuturing stop that ,mine are still kittens , and I've had some people tell me that if they're brothers and live indoors then they won't spray. Thoughts ?
I kinda don't want to neuter them if it's not necessary, I feel like one of them is going to be at least 15 pounds as an adult and I know if he's neutered then he won't be as big
There is no reason not to neuter. If you wait until after they start spraying if can be difficult to get them to stop.

Neutering has little effect on the adult size of a kitten. If you want a large kitten, get a purebred from a good breeder. There are several breeds that get large.
They might spray, they might not. Cats don't really give a shit about whether they're related or not, so yours may start a literal pissing contest with each other or just because some cats happen to be more territorial and more prone to marking regardless of whether there are other cats around or not. Tomcat urine also smells pretty rank, even in the litterbox, so that's something else to keep in mind, as is the fact that they will be more lazy (though typically more cuddly too) if neutered and they may or may not fight if they're left intact. Size-wise, in my experience tomcats are broader with bigger skulls and paws and wider shoulders, but neutered cats actually tend to end up taller as they continue to grow for longer. It's not a huge difference- a little shorter and stockier, a little taller and leaner, but not very dramatic either way.
