Anybody want to give an autist advice on how to act and what talk about at a party. I've been to a couple but I've always ended up like pic related.
drink and forget about tomorrow
You know that thing that makes you really uncomfortable. Learn to be comfortable around it. Can't jump right into it, then take baby steps, work your way up. It takes time to build up confidence, but it can be done.

act like you are having a good time. if you are not, you might as well go home. pretending to have a good time when you are intent on not having one does no one any good.
>what to talk about
generally, whatever is being discussed. by your own account you are in the corner, so go up to a friend (dont pretend you stumble into random parties where you know literally no one) and just listen to whats being said. if its of interest, contribute. if you are not knowledgable, ask more question.
for instance
>yeah bruh, the new halo game is sick
>'oh i never played halo. is it any good? what really makes it different than cowadoody?
