Okay so I've always had panic attacks but the really got to be an issue when i was 14 or so. I've gotten used to them occurring AT LEAST once every week if not everyday. I've also had my experiences with psychosis. So about three days ago I had this really bad anxiety when I woke up for no real reason. Well that night I got a really severe attack and felt extremely dreadful and threw up out of fear and cried most of the night. This happened again last night. It feels much worse than a panic attack but not quite as severe as a psychosis. Does anyone who suffer from similar disorders have any idea what this might be?

Go see a doctor. Anxiety disorder is a medical condition that can be treated with medication and therapy.

OP here. I have been to the doctor and have been diagnosed with panic disorder among other things. This just seemed a lot worse and like nothing I've ever felt before. Not sure if I've gotten worse or what

Are you on benzos? It sounds like you need benzos

I was when I was ab 16 but they took me off because my dad was really strict and didn't want me to get addicted. I'm 20 now but have no insurance so not sure how I'll get them. Had a few jobs but ultimately quit because of having panic attacks on the job. Can't get disability because I'm able-bodied. What do?
