I have a lot of experience dealing with long relationships. I was in one with a boy for 2 and a half years. Here is what you do to keep her interested:

-Get Skype. Skype that bitch twice a week. Plan ahead too, make up cute little dates. Like watch a movie together or some shit.
-Send her things. More specifically send your things, they will mean more to her. Send her a sweater, or a t-shirt she can sleep in. *i know shipping can be expensive. just think of it as date money, instead of going out to dinner you're sending her things*
-Morning and goodnight texts are a must
-Have at least one good uninterrupted conversation a day.
-Be yourself. Nothing will be worse than you meeting up and she finds out you're a completely different person in real life.
-Support her emotional needs.

If you do these things for her she's guaranteed to do them back.
