So here's my problem

>Take up an loading/unloading job, take on shitty night shift thinking I can handle it with college
>Surprise! I can't. After I had to miss an exam because I wasn't fit to drive due to lack of sleep I decided to give my two weeks.
>Fast forward a month after I'm done, I'm wondering where the fuck is my paycheck
>Bitch at HR while getting looped around for hours, on top of that I find out I'm apparently still hired in their system
>According to their system I have been skipping work for a month. They never finished the paperwork or something on their end and I have no faith they're going to fix it any time soon.

So anyways I'm probably going to talk to the DoL or something since I still don't have that god damned paycheck after they promised they'd fix it, but I'm also afraid of what this might mean for future resumes. Could they possibly fuck me over if future prospective employers actually call them up?
