Any other conditions? Are you on medication?
Op here. It's not as red as it looks in the picture. It doesn't itch or hurt, I was just picking at it out of curiosity. I'm not on any medication. It's been on my skin for about 5 months and progressively got worse. I'm not on any medication or allergic to anything.

Some reason you haven't been to a doctor?
If you're afraid of doctors or can't afford one, find a good traditional Chinese medicine clinic. Usually this means one that has a relationship with a conventional hospital. Not only will these places respect an aversion to real doctors - though they'll tell you if you need one - but they are cheaper and will scale their fees for your ability to pay.

Looks like psoriasis. Could be something else though. See a doctor. I had to get a steroid cream prescribed, went away within a couple months permanently. If you don't eradicate it it could get worse.
