In a few month's I'll be going to Hermosillo, definetly the hottest city in the state (Probably the hottest in Mexico) to study college. Yesterday, Hermosillo got to 48.3°C (119°F). It takes me 2 hours to travel from my home to college using the public bus. I'm a poorfag and can't afford a car.
I'll die by a heatstroke.
What should I do?

But yeah, you'll most likely die of a heatstroke. It's 80ºF here and I feel like I'm gonna pass out. I can't imagine ~120F... Maybe that's just me.
