I started taking regular zinc, vitamin D, fish oil, and creatine supplements. On top of that I started eating a lot more meat and lifted heavy six days a week. I definitely felt my testosterone go up, and when I went two weeks without fapping I exploded. I didn't measure the amount, but it was more than I've produced before and a good deal more than you usually see in porn.
The big issue with this is that when I'm doing all these things I'm turned on pretty much all the time and I haven't been able to go even a week without fapping since then. I went five days after the original two weeks and I had a wet dream that kind of ruined the build up.

What's the problem with creatine? If you're eating any kind of animal product you'll have it in your diet anyway.

As for the zinc I'm not sure how much of an impact that had specifically since I only took it in combination with everything else, but as I said all of it put together certainly increased it.

Have tried pretty much all of this and here's what I gleaned from it.

L-Arginine makes me want to fuck quite consistently, but that's fine, having some horndog edge makes me feel a lot more manly and full of menergy.

Lecithin granules makes you spunk a lot more. Like, seriously, I noticed effects after a few days of taking it once a day. You shoot a lot more, but, as the pic says, it's much thinner. It's also pretty great, you can mix the granules in with most meals - yogurt, stews, any kind of sauce based meal, you can just mix that fucker in.

Zinc was okay, but I didn't feel a significant change.

Celery is fantastic anyway, an easy and cheap snack you can grab on your way to fuck bitches or whatever.

Kegel exercises - I mean shit, why aren't you doing these anyway?

Biggest take aways are the Arginine, the Lecithin and the kegels, but the others will add slight improvements to your wank puddles.
