1) find someone else - almost instant results; like within a day or a week you'll feel better
2) distract yourself literally every minute of your day - worm hours are the best. Work your ass off and you won't have time to think of her. Home time sucks. Get hobbies and strive to be good at them. Get a guitar, paint, whatever. Video games sadly don't help as much because it feels more like postponing the feels somehow
Make sure you go out with any friends that ask you. Do some asking yourself.
Basically you need to actively try to keep your head busy with anything else than her
