If you washed that shit down with a half-bottle of whisky, your liver would have been working full-time for a bit, but long-term, it's best not to mix and match medications like that. Short term, one time with moderate doses like that isn't going to hurt you whatsoever, and you will now have to take more of at least one of those to deal with the original issue.
