Am I the only one who uses fapping to cope with certain things?
Panicking after embarrassing myself in front of someone? Fap. In a really shitty mood after seeing a bad post? Nothing a lil' fap can't fix. Regretting a bad decision or indecision? Fucking FAP.
It washes away all of my worries. It's like a drug.

I'm the same way, I fap to get that rush of satisfaction whenever I'm in a bad mood because of something, it's really similar to how smokers are always like "Ok, time out, I need a smoke" whenever shit hits the fan. Usually around 3 times a day, and I'm not proud of it. In regards to whether you should stop or not - entirely up to you. I don't think fapping prevents you from living a great life, its other issues in your life that prevent it.
All of these problems you've listed will take time to fix. You only do these habits because they address some need of yours.
