Hey /adv/

Experiencing some odd symptoms which I was hoping someone could shed light on. I know this isn't the place for sound medical information but any help would be really appreciated!

During my midterm last week Thursday, I experienced an extreme onset of dizziness and shallow breathing with fuzzy vision. I couldn't make sense of any of the questions for 10 minutes due to how impaired I felt.

Upon leaving the exam room I was told I looked ghostly and pale, like I haven't slept in days, etc.

Over the weekend, I noticed my face had sunken, thinning out from the upper cheeks. In addition, my legs and back feel much less muscular. I've also noticed my hair has thinned, but not through excessive shedding.

I have no chronic illnesses and am for the most part, in the healthy range of living. I am very stressed as of lately if that may help.

I know I sound crazy right now describing symptoms occurring so acutely but I just wanted some adv, please. Thank you so much in advance

AIDS.

I'm only half kidding.

Maybe a thyroid issue.

Go get bloodwork.

Yeah stress can hit your body pretty hard. Had you been eating/sleeping properly around that time? Do you remember if you were drinking water that day?

If you've been feeling shitty for a couple days now and it hasn't gone away, go see a doctor for sure. But if it was just a one-time thing and you're otherwise healthy, you could chalk it up to stress and get on with your life. I've had episodes like that before. Usually exhaustion/dehydration/stress are major factors
