Should I go to the doctor for an anal fissure or will it heal on its own?

How much is the bleeding? I normally don't because I get them decently often but they're usually pretty small.
Has the bleeding lessened at all or is it still just as bad as it was before?

Also drink more water, eat fruits and vegetables. You want fiber right now.
Maybe try pounding the miralax to you? Also like previous post ton of fiber straight up eat celery and other fruit and vegetables. Have the doc check the ol' poop chute.

Go to doctor ASAP.
Definitely go to a doctor; anal fissures, besides being ridiculously painful, can get easily infected and cause an abscess or make you go septic (blood infection that can/will kill you.)
Calm down with your future pooping endeavors and eat more fibre, healthy poops are soft poops.
