I had a Marijuana Ticket from a few months ago that I havent been able to pay off. It was supposed to be due 2 months ago, but as it's $200, I either pay the ticket, or eat and pay rent.

I have about 100 saved right now towards it, what legal issues will this cause? Can they come to my home? Will I be flagged down in public?

I live in Milwaukee.

They were monthly payments of $50, and technically only 150 is due as of this month.

I was thinking of mailing the 150 via check before the month ends.

You could be arrested if you're stopped by law enforcement for any other reason.

Im aware of this, yes. Luckily Im not hotboxing cars, smoking in public areas or selling it.

I was caught smoking at a concert along with a buddy, we each nabbed a 200 Dollar charge. Worst time in my life as I just recently moved out, quit smoking and barely scrape by on Ramen and Vitamins because all my cash goes to Food/Rent/Medical Perscriptions/Inhaler ReFills

Which is worse considering the anxiety from being possibly arrested is making me fly through Inhalers.
