UNUSUAL ADVICE NEEDED

Dear anons,
I have a very dear friend whose behavior sometimes worries me.
He is very clever and very well educated, but it seems that his virtues are matched by opposite extremes.
For example, he is capable of great good, but also capable of annoying people to death.
He cannot help this and since he's easily bored, he keeps manipulating them over and over just to see their reactions, in a distinctly Machiavellian way. In addition to this, he is being secretive and defensive about things no-one caees about.
This person, being intelligent and attractive, is literally flooded with attention from other girls, who pamper him and compete for a ONS with him.
But after some good sex they end up being creeped out by his nonconventional thinking & his ability to annoy them with his stupid or gross manipulative jokes.
Actually, I am surprised they wanna stay with him in first place, because he is used to girls attending to him and so he treats them all like sex toys.
Now, he's come to me complaining he cannot have a stable relationship and girls grow bored of him too soon in the relationship. In addition, he is worried about the fact sometimes he gets obsessed with one single intrusive thought (e.g. a name or a word) and cannot help finding excuses to repeat that same word during the conversation, which annoys people greatly.
So, /adv/... what shall we suggest him?

It sounds kind of like he has anti-social personality disorder. Honestly you should be cautious around him.
