sorry man, sometimes people come on here asking questions without doing a single google search. but I did phrase it in such a way as to let you know that I was giving you the benefit of the doubt as to having done your own legwork.
also I noticed you didn't say which characters. so if someone in this thread did know of a place where they'd seen panties with those characters, they couldn't help you because they don't know which ones you're looking for.
so: which characters are you looking for? google tailors searches, so there's a small chance mine will turn up something yours doesn't. worth a shot, no?

although if they are licensed characters, they miiiight not be able to print them. that site has some legalese shit in their TOU about copyrights and trademarks. but I didn't see anything specifically saying "no copyrighted characters." and honestly I doubt the employees that do the actual printing get paid enough to give a shit if you put bugs bunny or whatever on there. so you might be able to do it. you'd have to look into it.
