Has anyone ever experienced eating and then feeling gross? I hate the feeling of being full to the point I don't really care to eat that much. Mg diet primarily consists of junk food cause it's light.

yes

everytime i overeat or eat junk food i get that bad feeling after the initial pleasure goes away, and i'm not even self concious about my weight
