Take care of yourself. In thw eyes of Trump (and most people right of center in the US), the primary reason for America's decline is that more and more people are refusing to do this.
Taking care of yourself may mean bearing up under hardship. It may mean doing things you are afraid to do. It may even mean giving up some things you enjoy, because they fuck up your life. To a conservative, these factors do not matter: you are expected to take care of yourself anyway. Only actual physical inability is taken as a valid excuse: if you can, you must.
