Well, the problem itself might not be as hard to resolve for you. It is "critically important" to me. And it requires about 5 to 10 minutes of talking 1 on 1 in order for me to get some sort of clarity and hopefully resolution regarding it. It's a social issue. I hope that doesn't invite you to assume it's something "childish", because it's not. At least to me.
