My boss is stressed because she just hired two new people who aren't learning and there's no GM, but she recently flipped out on me for not telling her I had a problem and then solved it with the help of a co-worker who trained me without telling her.
I explained the situation and she finally said "I'll let you handle it then". When I'm over here like "no shit". I didn't tell her because why would I? I just fixed it. And because I know it's not worth her time.
Should I stand my ground in the future or cut her some slack and not risk my job by just being submissive?
This is a stupid problem.
If she does this a lot then talk to her about it. She might not trust in you. Are you usually a fuck up?

No, but I took over a second position at work with it's own set of responsibilities and I think she's so used to these two girls she hired constantly fucking up, that she's snapping at her long-time employees. Even the supervisor mentioned her agitation to me.
