How can I persuade my oneitis I changed and get her to give me a chance? What should I tell her if I don't see her anymore and don't think she doesn't want to talk to me? How should I deal with it if she's so important to me? How can I find another one if I never found anyone who had her same personality in the whole world?

I just love her so much I wouldn't have any strength without the hope she would accept me

Show her that you're moving on in life and becoming an attractive man with a strong career, for instance by letting slip that you've taken up carpentry as a profession or hobby. Chicks go for guys with strong prospects, they're looking for a provider.
