hey /adv/ i cant get out of this depression. I have never been depressed before so i have no clue what to do? do any of you know how to deal with is shit.

Depression is a lot easier to get through if you understand why you feel it in the first place.
What has you depressed? And if it's nothing specific, what was going on leading up to you becoming depressed?
