How do I learn to keep my life to myself?
My friends know a lot of private things about me. They know I've seen hookers. They know I've had dick problems. They know embarrassing family moments. They know my embarrassing history in high school. I feel like I have to play a role as the "loser messed up guy" around them, and I don't feel like I grow around them.
The person I am now is much happier, I've been working out, make better choices, have improved most of my life. But my friends (and most people I know) know way too much about my embarrassing past.
How do I move on, and how do I learn to keep shit to myself from now on?

This, just for an inner circle or something with 2 or even 1 friend with who you can exchange all that private stuff if you wish, at least that's what I do
