How do I get some order in my life?
As of now it feels like I'm living day by day, never managing to really improve.
I started using Google calendar to get a grasp on it but somehow I still lose track of things I wanted to do.
How do you manage your life and everyday tasks?
It's sounds like your problems go deeper than diary management. Do you have any long term goals? I'd be working on setting milestones for these goals set on real dates rather than putting crap like doctor's appointment and dinner dates in a diary.

Kinda, I thought setting goals for each day, instead of a set milestone would work better for me.
I just really like the idea of looking in my calendar / checklist and instantly knowing what I can should do to improve my life bit by bit.
This ranges from set workout dates to social events and house work.
Without a concrete plan I tend to underprioritize certain task, which is why I put off menial tasks like making a doctor's appointment (which I still haven't done as of yet)
I hope I'm making sense here.

I guess what I'm saying that I want to make less decisions everyday (in prioritizing tasks) and just have a one stop solution to know exactly what I should do next.
And if anybody has a set up similar to that which works.
