Art. I've gone over it before. Not having enough money to hire an artist full time I have to sit through the commission queues with every other joker and that takes a lot of time. I can sit down and write 50k words in a day, no problem, and rewrite it a few times over a few days. "Programming" for a VN is trivial. But art is massively time consuming.

Sleepymaid is the one that wants to do it most. Random commissions are hell and honestly I feel like Sleeps is sorta drifting and lacking purpose. Being my artist would provide that purpose.
Sleeps would be the full time artist for my stuff/roomate for $1k a month. However I can't just fire the people I'm hiring now for Home Invasion, particularly because they're doing an amazing job. If I make enough I'll keep putting $500 a month towards Home Invasion and use Sleepymaid for other stuff like a sfw side game or prep work for the expansion of Overwhored, bonus sketches, etc. I'm mostly reluctant to do it because I consider Sleepymaid to be my best friend and money between friends is a bad idea - you can't be someone's boss and someone's friend at the same time.
I'm probably going to hit that point at around $3500/mo if possible. It sounds like a lot but it isn't. -$500 for Home Invasion's artists, -$1000 for Sleepymaid, and a big chunk will go to taxes. It'd leave me with a living wage, but just barely.
