Depends on what your goal is. If you just want more porn of a certain character, vague is good - as long as people want to draw that character. A safe way to land deliveries is a single character with a photo ref of the exact pose you want. It's not a guarantee, since it took a month before anyone did that Last Unicorn request and it was exactly what I just described.
If you want a specific thing delivered, be specific. "Autistic" detail is fine as long as you're well spoken. But you should be aware that some details will exclude some drawfags, and there isn't a list of what those details are.
It also helps to remove details that you don't care as much about if your super detailed request hasn't been delivered for a week or more. It's a way to look like you really want a delivery without doing the thirsty "is anyone working on this?" post.
Additional characters add a ton of extra work. Backgrounds add extra work. Fluids add extra work.
If you're requesting a nonstandard body type (fat, muscular) a photo ref can help a lot.
