I just wanted to give my real reason for hopping off the project since it seems to be viewed through a dramatic lens.
Once I started drawing them, I began to realize that I simply was not able to pull off the quality I wanted from the project. I wasn't drawing on-model enough and generally it wasn't as visually interesting as I wanted it to be. So the combination of my self-doubt, lack of skill, and the tepid response resulted in a sputtering out of the project. And, as you can see from the stash link and now, I'm still not in the skill level to imitate Trigger Studios in a satisfying way.
I mean, I honestly thought the method was interesting. I'm not sure if I made it entirely clear, but the idea was that anybody could choose to fund it or not and everybody still get all the content. It was something where if 5 people chipped in $5 or 25 people chipped $1, that the page was released on dA for everybody. Even people who didn't care enough or didn't have the money to chip in would get it for free.
Feel free to build upon that idea, but my thought process was that if somewhere within 2% of my watchers felt compelled to chip in a dollar each page, that the project was a shoe-in and everybody would benefit. I included the extra benefits because I know some people get a little zealous on funding projects and like seeing return.
I would like to take this opportunity to hear out for any anons that have constructive ideas involving the project or my art. Take a look at the script and see if you can spice it up. What is something I should focus on to improve my art? I would appreciate any input because my ultimate goal is to improve myself.

If you haven't seen the show, almost everything is played as comedic parody. Megumin is super proud of her crazy powerful Explosion magic, but always collapses unable to move after a single cast. Seemed like the perfect scenario for messing with diapers.

I'm not sure what your stance is on other stuff in this fetish, but this comic could benefit from adding scenes like Beatrix cleaning Ryuuko, or the two of them showering or something like that. Double-diapering and maybe some light bondage would help. I really don't know what your stance on messing is, but if you're trying to aim for a challenge or just doing something out of your comfort zone, then I suggest adding one scene as well.
Other than that, I really can't think of anything you could add that already hasn't been mentioned. More public humiliation could help, if you're planning on doing a longer comic.
I'm not that much into the AB side of the AB/DL spectrum, so i was never comfortable with writing AB-centered stories, so i can only give you my opinon on what could help you out.

But, I will say that it was meant to be heavy on the humiliation. Beatrix has a little bit of a Napoleonic complex. She took on the role of babysitter to be considered an authority. So she humiliates her victims through babying them into submission. And the hairbow helps keep Ryuko's abilities in check. Beatrix just enjoys being the dominant figure over somebody considered so strong.
Ryuko is supposed to bite and scratch every chance she gets. The two of them showering together seems a little overt to me. Ryuko wants to legitimately throw fists, but Beatrix is keeping her locked up in diapers and sapping too much of her strength for Ryuko to be threat.
When I rewrite the script, I need to rewrite in a visual shot for shot style instead of half RP gross way. Feel free to brainstorm with me or toss out some ideas. I'll take legit whole new concepts.
